Set between 1958 and 1982, this story tells the story of Vasu, who rises from poverty to build a vast empire of gambling and betting in India. His business grows so large that it eventually comes into direct conflict with the government. Based on real events, this film depicts how, in his quest for success, a man becomes entangled in love, right and wrong, and his own decisions.
